Peter Gemmell joined Dummett Copp LLP from ICI in 1992 and became senior partner in 2008.
Peter graduated from the University of Hull in 1980 with a first class honours degree in chemistry and completed a PhD on the synthesis and characterisation of liquid crystal polymers in 1985.
After joining ICI in 1984, Peter worked in a variety of product development areas, including large-area display devices, optical data storage media, dye-diffusion thermal transfer printing and novel xerographic film media.
