We are currently looking for a qualified Trade Mark Attorney for maternity cover for a period of up to one year from March 2012.

You would need to be able to manage client portfolios, manage all opposition and infringement actions and prepare and file National, International and Community trade mark applications. You would need to possess excellent time management skills and have the ability to work under pressure.
