The Formalities Team
Our Formalities Team, led by Allison Jones, have all trained in patent and trade mark formalities, within the firm and through attending courses run by the UK Intellectual Property Office, the European Patent Office and the World Intellectual Property Office. They use the latest technology, with PROGRESSOR records management software. Julie Still runs an in-house patent and trade mark renewals service for the firm's clients.
