Agreement between Morocco and the European Patent Office

On 1 March 2015 anyone filing a European patent application will, upon subsequent grant, be able to request validation of that patent in Morocco, subject to the payment of a fee.

This now brings the number of countries for which patent protection can be obtained through a European patent application to 41.
